The Day After...

Yes, today is my second day, although I did not go to the gym yesterday I have plans to go today! I have been eating very sensibly though! I made a nice chicken and avocado wrap for lunch and finished it off with an apple! So strangely enough I weighed in again today and hit 189.4 lbs...I have always been playing around the 190 mark of recent times, so I think I lost mostly water. Anyway, I hope everyone out there is doing well as well! Only 29.4lbs to go!!

The Big Weigh In

Hello internet, I, like many of you reading this was inspired by the Biggest Loser Million Pound Match Up. The idea that America could become a million pounds lighter in 2008 seems somewhat extreme and yet realistic. I would love more than anything to positively contribute to that number and it is in that spirit that I commence my journey of weight loss. I have always had a love/hate relationship with weight. I hate it, but it loves me. Recently I lost over 70lbs however like 90% of all people who lose weight I have gained a large amount back (33lbs to be exact) I therefore would like to lose 33lbs over the next period and hopefully inspire other overweight teenagers to do the same! So please keep checking back weekly for my updates, or add me on AIM to chat about weight loss and reaching our goals! I'm looking for lots of friends to help support me and support in return! So good luck to everyone out there! Basic Stats: Current Weight: 193.4 lbs Goal Weight: 160 lbs Height: 5' 9" BP: 125/86 Current Waist: 36" Goal Waist: 30"
